Rent is paid on the 28th of every month. Rent does not include water and electricity. No deposit is needed, just continue the rent and the contract ends july next year.

Plus you get your own toilet with a water heater, but i'm going to be taking the water heater when i get back february next year.

- LCD TV
- Fan
- Fridge
- Stove + Microwave
- Cooking equipment + cutlery

Person must be clean and tidy please, as well as reliable when it comes to paying the rent and electricity.

Basically the room is fully furnished so all you need to do is bring your luggage. :)
